Bankfield Care Home testimonial 1
Very welcoming and supporting staff. Put our minds at ease as the resident had to go into isolation due to covid restrictions. Admin support staff also excellent, any issues dealt with promptly. All the staff are caring and excellent appropriate activities. The resident really enjoying all the meals. I would highly recommend the home and staff at Bankfield Care Home.

I was able to move my mother into care at Bankfield House in August 2020. The management and staff were extremely helpful, and under the circumstances, accommodated her willingly with consideration and care. Unfortunately, I was only able to visit on a couple of occasions due to ‘lockdown procedures’ with her safety being of the most importance. Sadly, in November she passed away suddenly but quietly having lived a full life. For the few months of her stay at the home, I believe my mother received good care in a warm, happy and friendly environment.

My Dad has been in Bankfield House Care Home since 2018. They are friendly, very caring and look after the residents’ needs really well. Dad really enjoys his food. He says “the food is better in here than any restaurant”! He also enjoys the activities they put on in the afternoon, which has been really important during lockdown as it has helped with not being able to look forward to visitors calling. I am so grateful that Dad is being so well looked after. Thank you!
