Responsible to: The Registered Manager/Directors

Reports to: Care Supervisor on duty/Deputy Manager

The role of the Activities Co-Ordinator is to organise an appropriate social programme seeking individual fulfillment of our Residents from their abilities and range of interests, together with group activities and outings.

To have integrity and conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, acknowledging individuality and preferences.

Having regard for individual requirements and maintaining their Personal Activities Care Plan on a weekly basis.
