Purpose of the Position
To support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the home’s management, taking full responsibility in his absence. Management of the home will ensure the needs of all 30 residents are met to the highest possible standards, in adherence with company policy and procedures and a Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check. The post will entail both practical and supervisory work.
All staff are required to respect the confidentiality of all matters they might learn of, during the course of their employment. All staff are expected to respect the requirements under the Data Protection Act 1998. All staff must ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
