The canal trip is an event at Bankfield we do each year a couple of times during the summer months.  The trip is from Marple to Poynton and on the way back stop off to buy an ice cream. The narrow boat is fully accessible for wheelchair users and a seating area both inside and out to take in the views. Have a packed lunch which we provide and tea/coffee is freely available on board as is a commentary of the important places of interest.
