Maintaining good food hygiene standards, Infection Control and Temperature Controls of equipment. Preparing meals safely and effectively for our Resident’s and in accordance with ‘4 week’ menus.
To have particular regard to the clients’ emotional and dietry needs, comfort and well-being. To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the Catering Department.
To have particular regard for the Residents Health & Safety whilst maintaining comfort and well-being, using stringent Infection Control within the Domestic remit.
To organise an appropriate social programme seeking individual fulfillment of our Residents from their abilities and range of interests, together with group activities and outings.
Responsible for washing, drying and pressing of Residents’ personal clothing and bedding at the required temperatures specified within the Home’s Policies & Procedures.
